These terms govern the use of the SASA INFOSYS website and the services we provide. By engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
SASA INFOSYS provides web development, mobile app development, CMS development, e-commerce development, UX/UI design and corporate branding services, as described in each project agreement or quotation.
2. Quotations & Scope
Each project begins with a written quotation describing scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
3. 10 Years of Free Support
Delivered projects include 10 years of free support covering bug fixes, security updates and guidance for the delivered features. New features, redesigns and third-party service costs (domains, hosting renewals, SMS gateways) are not included.
4. Intellectual Property
On full payment, you own your website, app, content and brand assets, including source files where agreed. SASA INFOSYS may reference completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Liability
We build carefully and test thoroughly, but we are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, misuse of delivered systems, or events outside our control.
